Chipola Health and Rehabilitation Center in Marianna is seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM shifts. We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling to help you build a schedule that works for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for assigned residents

• Conduct and document thorough evaluations of residents' medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Major Responsibilities

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Working under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse, you will help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.
