Washington Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Chipley, Florida is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide high-quality care for residents, including medication administration, wound care, and ongoing assessments, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, ensuring care plans are followed, and participating in in-service programs.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current and valid LPN license in the state employed.
• Long term care/post-acute care setting preferred.
• Completion of postsecondary education.
• Capable of maintaining regular attendance (i.e., weekend shifts and overtime) as required.

• Supervise CNAs to ensure adherence to care standards in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long term care centers.
• Maintain infection prevention and control practices.
• Support implementation and updates of individualized care plans for each resident.
• Safeguard resident rights, privacy, and dignity (HIPAA compliance).
• Notify the residents' attending physicians and next-of-kin when there is a change in the residents' conditions or if the residents are involved in an incident or accident.
• Attend and participate in all center in-service programs as required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our team at Washington Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Chipley, Florida. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care for our residents while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Responsibilities
