Qualifications

• Preferred 1–3 years of home care experience.
• Required Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing accepted).
• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
