Job summary

STAT Home Health in Little Rock, AR is hiring Full-Time and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our home health team. You will provide nursing and supportive care under the direction of the RN, visiting patients at their homes or facilities.

• Current Arkansas LPN license is required.

Job Duties:

• Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN
• Communicate with the attending physicians, other home health team members, and other agencies as needed to coordinate optimal care and use of community resources for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health benefits.
• Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN
