Job summary

STAT Home Health in Hot Springs, AR is hiring full-time and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses to provide nursing and supportive care in patients’ homes under the direction of the RN. The role requires an Arkansas LPN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of LPN experience.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical LPN experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must demonstrate compassion and time management.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits to homes or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and supportive care per the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care under RN direction.

• Report changes in patient condition to the RN.

Job Duties:

• Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN
• Communicate with the attending physicians, other home health team members, and other agencies as needed to coordinate optimal care and use of community resources for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health benefits.
• Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN

Qualifications:
