Job summary

STAT Home Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Little Rock, AR for both full-time and PRN shifts. Join a team that emphasizes quality patient care and supports you with an ESOP ownership plan.

You will provide nursing care under the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, coordinate with physicians, document services, and ensure compliance with Medicare/ Medicaid home health rules. A valid Arkansas LPN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an LPN.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Compassionate and strong time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and supportive care under the RN-directed plan of care.
• Communicate with physicians and home health team to coordinate care.
• Document all services provided.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health benefits.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN.

Job Duties

• Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN
