Job summary

STAT Home Health in Fayetteville, AR is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide nursing and supportive care in patients\' homes. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with opportunities for ownership through ESOP.

The role involves coordinating with physicians and the broader home health team, documenting services, and ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations. Minimal travel to patient residences or facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas LPN license
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
• Current CPR Certification
• Compassionate and great time management skills
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN
• Coordinate with attending physicians, home health team, and other agencies to optimize patient care

• Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN
• Communicate with the attending physicians, other home health team members, and other agencies as needed to coordinate optimal care and use of community resources for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided.
