Valley View Manor is looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurse candidates to become part of our team!
Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
Supervising CNAs
Medication administration Wound and treatment care
Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility nursing policy and procedure
Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review
Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
