TEEMA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Lakewood, WA area to provide direct patient care across various settings. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor progress while documenting changes and providing support to patients and families.

The role requires a current LPN license and BLS, with opportunities for continuing education and professional development.

Qualificações

Responsibilities:

Full Time Standard shifts:

• Day - 06:30 to 15:00 (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM)
• Evening/Swing - 14:30 to 23:00 (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)
• Night - 22:30 to 07:00 (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM)

Shift Differentials:

• $2.50/hr for swing and night shift
