Job summary

NHS Management, LLC in Arkansas is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to support recovery goals.

This full-time day shift (7am-3pm) offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly wages, and full benefits including BCBS health and dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Full-Time | 7am-3pm | Day Shift
• Hourly Pay Range: $26.00–$32.50/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Extras: Evening Shift Differential + Full Benefits

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
