Qualifications

• Administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow individualized care plans designed to meet each resident’s unique needs.
• Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures.
• Accurately document all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and policies.
