Job summary

Beach Breeze Rehabilitation and Care in West Palm Beach, FL seeks compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our skilled nursing team and provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional care delivery

• Order, manage, and monitor medications, medical supplies, and equipment

• Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs

• Provide wound care and other clinical treatments as assigned

• Accurately document resident conditions, treatments, and responses

• Maintain strict resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
