Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Salary: $25 - $30 per hour

1. Pediatric G Tube - Mon-Wed 6:30a-6:30p (Attend school with the patient)
2. Pediatric G Tube - Sun and Mon 8:30a-6:30p (Attend school with the patient)
3. Pediatric G Tube - Thurs and Fri 7p-9a
4. Pediatric G Tube - Mon-Fri 8a-4p
5. Pediatric G Tube - Tues-Thurs 4p-midnight
6. Adult Vent - Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat 7a-7p

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
