The ideal candidate holds an LPN license in Missouri, current BLS/CPR, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability is required, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-scaling organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Weekends work regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to ensure a positive donor experience.
• Maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in other center functions including phlebotomy and handling supplies.

What You'll Do

As an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site's lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You'll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed
• Work collaboratively with all center staff
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
• Certified/licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
