Join Parachute, LLC in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support donor health and safety at our fast-growing plasma center. You will perform health screenings, monitor donor eligibility, and collaborate with center staff to create a welcoming donor experience.

This full-time role requires an active LPN license, current BLS/CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or higher education required.
• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-trained in all center functions including phlebotomy and station setup.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed
• Work collaboratively with all center staff

• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation

Required Qualifications
