Job summary

Wooster Health Care Center in Wooster, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will assess residents, follow protocols, document findings, assist with admissions and discharges, and provide wound care.

You will lead CNAs and CMTs, respond to emergencies, and contribute to a caring, long-term healthcare environment. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts to fit your schedule.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Wooster Health Care Center in Wooster, Ohio. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

We are hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN on the following shifts:

• Days (7am-7pm)
• Nights (7pm-7am)
