Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living / Memory Care team in Highlands Ranch. The role offers a $32–$38 hourly wage plus shift differential and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Night shifts are 7pm–7:30am; 12-hour shifts. We provide comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, on-site wellness centers, education assistance, and growth opportunities within Erickson Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, prioritizing resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess, observe, and document resident clinical conditions in EMR; notify RN/provider as needed.
• Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in resident needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Participate in resident outcomes meetings and care reviews.
• Respond promptly to residents, families, or responsible parties.

Join our AMAZING Assisted Living / Memory Care team at Wind Crest as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

Compensation: $32-$38 an hour (depending on experience) plus shift diff

*$4,000 Sign On Bonus!*

Schedule: 12 Hour Night Shifts, 7pm-7:30am

How you will make an impact

• Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first.
• Assessing, observing, and evaluating resident’s clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
• Updating or modifying care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident’s care and service needs.
• Supervising and leading care associates
• Administering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care
• Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner
• Participating in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Licensed by Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
