Job summary

Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Wayne, NJ, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time and per diem shifts. The role offers competitive hourly pay of $31.50–$40.50 and benefits, with same-day pay indicated.

Responsibilities include providing patient care per care plans, administering medications, documenting accurately, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents. NJ LPN license and BLS CPR required.

Qualifications

• Active NJ LPN license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per the plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
