Job summary

Avalon Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a long-term care setting. You will deliver nursing care, follow care plans, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

We value empathy, teamwork, and a strong commitment to elder care as you provide medications, monitoring, documentation, and emotional support to residents and families in a warm, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New Jersey.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

What You’ll Do as Licensed Practical Nurse:
