Candidates must have ventilator and tracheostomy care experience, an active NJ LPN license, current BLS, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience in an acute care or home care setting.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
• TB testing (PPD or QuantiFERON) within past 12 months or chest X-ray within past 5 years.
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem home care nursing in patients’ homes.
• Deliver ventilator and tracheostomy care as required.
• Coordinate care with clinical leadership and families.

Per Diem LPN – Ventilator & Trach Experience

$45/Hour for Nursing Shifts | $85 Per Visit

Weekdays Weekends Days Overnights

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem home care opportunities throughout Bergen County, New Jersey!

We are currently seeking skilled LPNs for specialized cases in Elmwood Park, Hackensack, Rochelle Park, Ridgefield, and surrounding Bergen County communities.

Ventilator and tracheostomy (trach) care experience is required for these specialized assignments.

Pay

• $45.00 per hour

• $85.00 per LPN visit

Available Schedules

We are looking for LPNs with availability for:

• Weekday shifts

• Weekend shifts

• Day shifts

• Overnight shifts

Per diem assignments are based on patient needs and nurse availability.

Requirements
