Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in Greenville is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our resident care team. As an LPN you will administer medications, assist with care planning, and support physicians and RNs under state guidelines. Sign on bonus of 5,000 for full-time positions.

You will work in a team environment, ensure accurate documentation, educate patients and families on health topics, and collaborate to meet regulatory standards. Valid PA LPN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid State licensure as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments.
• Participates in the care planning process.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Communicates with physicians regarding changes in resident’s conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
• Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
• Educates patients and their families on health-related issues.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

A licensed practical nurse (LPN) provides care and treatment in accordance with physician orders. Works in a team environment and within scope of practice as defined by State. The LPN works under the direction of physicians and registered nurses (RNs).
