Care Options for Kids is seeking an LPN to deliver focused pediatric home health care in the United States. You will work one-on-one with pediatric patients, under RN oversight, to provide skilled nursing care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
