Care Options for Kids is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide pediatric home health care. This role emphasizes one-on-one patient care in the home, with oversight from RNs and clinical leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality nursing support.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License (Nurse license)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in the patient’s home
• Collaborate with a registered nurse and clinical leadership for care plans
• Deliver skilled nursing care with clear direction and safety in mind
• Adhere to CDC safety guidelines and PPE protocols in every visit
