Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership to ensure confident, safe care.
• Follow established plans of care and safety guidelines (CDC-aligned).
• Support families and monitor patient progress in the home setting.
