Job summary
The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled care in our SNF and Long Term Care units. The role includes medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, and care plans with outcomes, plus education for residents and families.
You'll collaborate with physicians and NPs, communicate across care teams, and supervise CNAs. Daily Pay and full shifts available reflect our flexible, patient-centered approach.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license is required.
Responsibilities

- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
