Darway Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long‑term care team. We offer on‑site, flexible schedules with new incentives shared during interview, plus Daily Pay and a supportive culture that values teamwork.

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care under the guidance of an RN and physician, administer medications, perform treatments, document care, and communicate with families and providers to keep residents safe,

Qualifications

• PA LPN license or GPN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable, collaborative nurses who care about their residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician.
• Work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers.
• Help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
• Medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, and charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.

What You Will Do (At a Glance)
