Trinity Springs, a Cassia community in Oxford, FL, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team. You will provide compassionate care, administer medications, and collaborate with staff to support residents and memory care residents.

This full-time, benefits-eligible role offers evenings 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM with a wage of $23.75 - $29 per hour and a $1.00 shift differential. Cassia supports growth with tuition assistance, PTO, health benefits, and a mission-driven, nonprofit

Qualifications

• Must have a current Florida LPN license and be in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Knowledge of FL AHCA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care for assisted living and memory care residents.
• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software (ResiDex).
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Position Type:

Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including a rotating weekend schedule

Shifts Available:

Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Wage Range:

$23.75 - $29 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

Evenings $1.00
