Job summary

Trinity Springs, a Cassia community in Oxford, FL, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate care team serving residents in assisted living and memory care.

This full-time role offers an evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with a wage range of $23.75–$29 per hour and a $1.00 evening differential. We provide competitive benefits and a supportive, mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Florida LPN license and be in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care for assisted living and memory care residents.
• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software (ResiDex).
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including a rotating weekend schedule

Shifts Available:

Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Wage Range:

$23.75 - $29 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

Evenings $1.00

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
