Job summary

Lake Eustis Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Eustis, Florida is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care to our facility’s residents.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation, with strong clinical assessment and communication skills to support our care plans and multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Florida LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record medications and treatments in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare for and assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observe and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate individuals.
• Deliver high-quality care and support in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to enhance patient care.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
