About The Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Your duties include resident care, staff assignments, mentoring, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

• Must have active, in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of six months of clinical experience required
• Prior experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility is highly preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state)
