Job summary

Rose Senior Living Farmington Hills is seeking a hospitality-focused PRN Caregiver/CNA to join our team and provide high-quality personal care to residents. The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and monitoring residents under the supervision of nursing leadership.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or skilled settings. Nurse Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with a high quality of personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents at mealtime.
• Report to nurse on duty and the Director of Health Services all unusual behaviors of resident.
• Maintain a calm atmosphere and support independence and safety.

Education

Pay Range: $18 - $20 an hour, dependent on credentials and experience.
