Location: Wellspring Lutheran Services - Fairview Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Fairview, MI 48621
Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem | Hourly

Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Fairview is seeking an LPN who values compassionate, long‑term care of older adults. This role provides an opportunity to build trust and contribute to a team that treats residents like family.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Schedule & Compensation

• Employment type: Full-time, Part-time or Per Diem
• Shift: Day or Night Shift, 12‑hour shifts
• Weekends: Rotating weekend schedule for Full‑time and Part‑time (required)
• Pay rate: $29.50 - $32.40 per hour, based on licensure
• Night shift differential: $1.00 per hour
