Southfield Wellness Community is seeking an LPN to join our skilled nursing team for a 6p-6a shift. This full-time role emphasizes high-quality resident care, staff supervision, and adherence to infection prevention practices.

You will provide guidance to clinical staff, help maintain adequate staffing, and support a positive facility culture. Iowa licensure is required; prior SNF experience is preferred, with shift differential incentives available.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa LPN license required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Southfield Wellness Community by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
