Deliver high-quality nursing care that honors resident rights, dignity, and individuality.
Complete daily resident assessments and document physical and emotional well-being.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
Keep nursing leadership informed of resident status and clinical changes.
Provide supervision and support to unit staff in alignment with policies and procedures.
Uphold organizational standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family needs.
Current Michigan LPN license (required).
Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
Two years of nursing experience preferred (home health, med-surg, critical care, or similar).

Pay:$29.40 – $32.15/hour (based on licensure)
