Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Community Springs Healthcare Facility in El Dorado Springs, Missouri. The LPN will lead with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve, with a variable shift and shift differential.

You will develop relationships with residents, facilitate admissions and discharges, and assist in developing each resident's Plan of Care while performing safe medication

• Work Shift: Variable
• Shift Differential, depending on shift assignment

What Your Day Looks Like: Thisskilled nursing facilityis a105-bed facility where you will exercise a number of skills, including:assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The LPN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be:

• Developing relationships with our residents
• Facilitatingresident admissions and discharges
• Assisting in the development of the resident's Plan of Care
