Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Buffalo, Missouri, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN Night shifts at Colonial Springs Healthcare Facility. The LPN will lead with skill, compassion, and a focus on positive patient and family outcomes.

Responsibilities include building relationships with residents, guiding admissions/discharges, and helping develop each resident's Plan of Care, along with safe medication administration and ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

• Must hold LPN licensure in Missouri.
• Strong patient care skills and bedside manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Status: PRN
• Work Shift: Nights

What Your Day Looks Like:

Thisskilled nursing facilityis a134-bed facility where you will exercise a number of skills, including:assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The LPN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be:

• Developing relationships with our residents
• Facilitatingresident admissions and discharges
• Assisting in the development of the resident's Plan of Care

Qualifications:

Skills: Multitasking, attention to detail, organizational skills

Licensure/Certification: LPN

Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods of time and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
