Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Community Springs Healthcare Facility in ElDorado Springs, Missouri— someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for safe medication administration, patient assessments, and coordinating care plans while supporting residents and their families in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Assign care duties to nursing personnel according to training and experience.
• Safely administer medications and conduct resident assessments.
• Monitor changes in ADLs and implement treatments per physician order.
• Develop relationships with residents and facilitate admissions/discharges.
• Assist in developing the resident's Plan of Care.

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Community Springs Healthcare Facility in ElDorado Springs, Missouri— someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like: Thisskilled nursing facilityis a105-bed facility where you will exercise a number of skills, including: assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The Registered Nurse is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be:

• Developing relationships with our residents
• Facilitatingresident admissions and discharges
• Assisting in the development of the resident's Plan of Care

Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree
