Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking an LPN to join the LTC Float Pool in Bolivar, Missouri. The position is PRN with days shifts, and responsibilities include traveling to CMH facilities in Stockton, El Dorado Springs, Ash Grove, Buffalo, and Bolivar.

You will perform safe medication administration, conduct resident assessments, monitor ADLs, and administer treatments per physician orders, while building relationships with residents and coordinating care plans.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure/certification required.

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our LTC Float Pool in Bolivar, Missouri— someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

• Work Shift: Days

What Your Day Looks Like: Your assignments each day will allow you to experience various surrounding communities as you travel to our facilities located in Stockton, El Dorado Springs, Ash Grove, Buffalo, and Bolivar. You will exercise a number of skills, including:assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The LPN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be:

• Developing relationships with our residents
• Facilitatingresident admissions and discharges
• Assisting in the development of the resident's Plan of Care

Qualifications:
