Job summary

Edmonds Post Acute in Edmonds, WA is seeking an LPN to join a skilled nursing team. You will provide hands-on care, including medication management, for residents who are chronically ill or technologically dependent.

Qualifications include a Washington LPN license and CPR, with IV certification a plus. Expect a full-time schedule in a supportive environment with opportunities to grow clinical skills and patient care. Equal opportunity employer.

  • Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and assist with transfers up to 100 lbs
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, emotionally demanding skilled nursing environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver total care for chronically ill and technologically dependent residents, including ventilator, ostomy, and enteral feeding tube care
  • Administer medications and manage pain relief with precision
  • Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigation, and catheter care
  • Monitor and report resident condition changes to the RN, physician, and care team
  • Partner with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to build individualized care plans
  • Provide resident and family education, and document its effectiveness
  • Respond confidently and calmly in emergency situations

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) | Edmonds Post Acute | Edmonds, WA - $40-$48/hr

What You'll Do
