A pediatric home health care organization is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for focused, one-on-one care in Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for LPNs who want to develop meaningful patient relationships while providing necessary skilled nursing support. Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License

• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
