We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN's to join our team here at Luther Manor at Hillcrest and provide high-quality care to our residents. The LPN will assess residents' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. WE WILL YOUR CURRENT SIGN ON BONUS.

• Assess residents' health needs, develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document residents' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Communicate with residents and families to provide education and support
• Document residents' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills

Requirements/Qualifications:
