Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice and state/federal regulations. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, direct resident care during assigned shifts, assign staff, mentor and educate nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Experience as an LPN in a long‑term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or medical care setting preferred
