Job summary

Pioneer Care and Rehabilitation in Dillon, MT is seeking compassionate RNs and LVNs for full- and part-time shifts. The facility offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive wages, with 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am) across all hours.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/RN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or other changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for patient placement and monitoring.
• Documents and notifies departments of patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

Pioneer Care and Rehabilitation is an 87-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in beautiful Dillon MT.

• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.

• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.

• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.

• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
