Qualifications

Current Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or compact state license.
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care that promotes residents' health, comfort, and independence.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other team members.
Supervise and support CNAs and maintain timely clinical documentation.
Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
Foster a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers.
