Qualifications

• Provide direct nursing care to residents as per care plans.

• Guide and coordinate Nursing Assistants for quality care.

Full Time | Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN)

Available Shifts: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Full-time 80 hours per two-week pay period)

Schedule: Includes every other weekend and every other holiday

Pay Range: $31.09 - $42.19 per hour (based on experience) *Same Day Pay Available*

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring residents for effectiveness and response
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems
• Observe, assess, and report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and assist with follow‑up care as needed
• Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants / NARs to support quality resident care and team workflow
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment for residents, families, and team members
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and excellent customer service in daily practice

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• 1+ years of nursing experience
• Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated clinical judgment, professionalism, and integrity
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Preferred

• Experience in senior living, long‑term care, assisted living, or memory care settings
