Job summary

Freedom Village at Brandywine in Coatesville, PA is seeking 1 Full Time and 1 Part-Time LPN for our skilled nursing facility, 3:00pm – 11:00pm. Starting wage is $30/hour with $4/hr weekday evenings/nights and $6/hr weekends as shift differential.

RN/LPN license required and shifts may vary by need. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and participate in care planning and execution according to physician orders and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and promote independence.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and monitor/reassess care plans.
• Provide daily report to Health Services on conditions and needs.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.

Freedom Village at Brandywine is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Certified Nursing Assistants.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
