Job summary

Eastbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with RNs and physicians to manage care during overnight hours.

We offer Daily Pay, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and PTO after 90 days. The position is for full-time or part-time night shifts (7pm–7am) with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN license in Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a nursing home.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with patient education and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
• Document patient observations, care provided, and changes in patient condition in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and their families.
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as facility protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.

Skills and Qualifications:
