Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients across Westchester County. You will work flexible 12-hour day and overnight shifts, building a schedule that fits your life while delivering high-quality care at home.

Qualifications include an active NY LPN license, current BLS, and at least 1 year of LPN experience (home care preferred). Eligible to work in the United States; Drug testing and health screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Active NY State LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Physical exam completed within the past year.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years.
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years.
• Valid driver''s license preferred.
