Job summary

Fir Lane Care in Shelton, WA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening or night shifts. The position offers pay between $40.00 and $45.00 per hour DOE.

The LPN will provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support patients and families in a warm, home-like facility. Qualified candidates will hold a current LPN license, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be capable of fast, adaptive problem-solving while following patient care policies.

Qualifications

• Current and Valid LPN license.

• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.

• First aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.

• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
