Job summary

Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Medicine team. The position is based in our Cape Coral location and involves patient intake, medication administration, and charting in our patient management system.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida LPN license to practice.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Strong rapport with providers, staff and patients.
• Knowledge of phlebotomy, patient intake and common medications.
• One year of clinical experience or equivalent education/experience.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake including vital signs, medical history, and medication review.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards.
• Record chart information accurately into our patient management system.
• Assist Clinical Coordinator and other clinical team members as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida is a premier multi-specialty practice with locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers ,Estero and Lehigh Acres. We are currently seeking an LPN for our Adult Medicine practice in Cape Coral, FL for our Cay West Location.

Our LPN's:

• Perform patient intake including vital signs, medical history, and medication review
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards
